Stillness Within — Opening Night | Millie Gillespie Solo Exhibition

I’m so excited to share that my first solo exhibition, Stillness Within - will be opening soon at The Agency Gallery in Claremont, WA.

The series explores the quiet thresholds between structure and spontaneity — themes that continue to shape my practice across both painting and architecture. These abstractions are layered, intuitive, and grounded in a tonal palette of soft blues and greens. Each painting reflects a quiet layering of memory, material, and atmosphere — made in my North Perth studio and shaped by years spent living, studying and working between Switzerland, Italy, and Australia.

This will be the first time these works are shown publicly. After living online or in private spaces, I’m excited to bring them into a physical setting — where they can be experienced in full scale and shared with a wider audience.
